No surprises and no hidden costs. You will know your fee and turnaround time before any work begins. Small projects often go between the $250-400 price range, mid-sized projects fall within the $500–800 range, and large projects may exceed $1000.
Your fee is based on the size, scope, trade, and complexity of your specific project, not a flat rate applied to everyone.
We review your plans first and give you a clear estimating fee and turnaround time before we start any work.
The fee we quote is the fee you pay. Nothing extra is added once the project is underway.
Payment is always split 50% upfront and 50% before submission of the completed estimate. Payments can be made securely by Credit or Debit Card, including Visa and Mastercard, through our secure payment link.
